Are you ready to take your insurance sales career to the next level with a well respected agency? Our office isn't for the faint of heart. We are a very fast-paced agency. With over 1500 5 star Google reviews, we have a tremendous amount of leads come in daily. We do no advertising! This is all generated from our stellar reputation, Google reviews, and referrals. You will be the face of the agency in information intake, quote presentation, follow up, and processing the new business. You will have access to over 30 carriers. Because this is a sales position, we will allow this to be remote. It is heavily commission based.

- Highly motivated sales person with drive
- Someone who is willing to go the extra mile when needed
- 1-3+ years of P&C insurance sales.
- MUST have a current and valid P&C Insurance License - 2-20 or 20-44 License in Florida.
- Someone who isn't afraid to talk to people and hand out their business cards

Job Responsibilities:
- Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
- Establish new relationships with potential clients and close sales opportunities
- Work within our CRM system to build your sales funnel and maximize you efficiency
- Networking at the local Chamber mixers and other professional organizations/associations.
- Answering inbound calls to qualify, quote and close auto and home insurance.
- Making daily outbound calls/day to close incremental business
- Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance
Professional and Personal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening and closing skills
- Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
- Strong computer skills, Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Familiar with CRM software, experience with Infusionsoft is a plus.
- Have a customer centric attitude. We appreciate our clients and treat them with the utmost respect and offer the highest quality service in the area.

- We offer competitive wages with a base hourly wage plus commission and bonus.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
